We believe in the power of mentorship and coaching, helping Black parents create a vision for their families and set goals that are important and relevant to their lives. Meeting our clients where they are is the first step of our intervention.
We collaborate with the village of services that our families may be in partnership with. A DFS coach may engage with a clients lawyer, mental health provider, guardian ad litem, or probation officer or other social service professionals for effective whole-individual support.
