A Supervised Visitation Monitor is responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for children and families during supervised visitation sessions. The main duties and responsibilities of a Supervised Visitation Monitor may include:
To be successful in this role:
A Supervised Visitation Monitor should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. They should also have a strong commitment to child and family welfare and be able to work effectively with families from diverse backgrounds. Some programs may require a background check and/or specific education or experience in social work, psychology, or related fields. Additionally, a Supervised Visitation Monitor should have the ability to remain calm and composed in potentially volatile situations.
Contract Compensation:
Part-Time: Minimum 8-10 hours per week, evening and weekend priority hours, Maximum 20 hours per week. *This is a contract position, the contractor will submit an invoice at the end of each month to receive payment.
$20.00 per hour (in-center or community)
-$25 stipend for cell phone use
-Mileage reimbursement for travel to and from visit (Must have reliable transportation Community Monitor Roles, contractor must provide valid driver license and insurance

Position Type: Contract
A Youth Specialist is responsible for providing a safe, supervised, and trauma-informed environment for youth ages 10–17 participating in the Youth Connection Center (YCC). The main duties and responsibilities of a Youth Specialist may include:
To be successful in this role:
A Youth Specialist should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. They should have experience working with youth and families, strong crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills, and a commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care. Candidates must be able to remain calm in challenging situations, work evenings, overnights, and weekends, and pass required background checks. A degree or coursework in Social Work, Psychology, Youth Development, Criminal Justice, Education, or a related field is preferred.
Contract Compensation:
Full-Time or Part-Time: Approximately 20–40 hours per week, based on program needs. Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts are required.
$25.00–$28.00 per hour

The Price Dynamic Operations Director
Position Type: Contract
The Price Dynamic Operations Director will support CEO Alysha Price in overall business management and growth strategy. This interim, part-time role (25–30 hours/week) involves overseeing contracts across Family Court, Child Protection, and Safe Communities, with a focus on operational efficiency, strategic growth, and impactful leadership in the family services industry.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO to develop and execute short- and long-term growth plans. Manage and optimize contract operations across Family Court, Child Protection, and Safe Communities.
Lead process improvements, reporting, and performance metrics to drive organizational impact. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and client needs. Foster a coaching-centered culture, mentoring staff, and promoting professional development. Identify opportunities for innovation, new services, partnerships, and market expansion. Represent the organization in stakeholder engagements with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications & Preferences
Strong background in coaching practices and team leadership.
Bilingual preferred: Spanish-speaking capabilities highly valued.
Innovative thinker with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Proven ability to drive growth initiatives in the family services sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Availability for 25–30 hours per week; ability to commit to an interim contract with potential for long-term placement.
